Meta

Program Manager Contractor
United States $65 – $75/hr July 20, 2026

Job description

Meta's Play & RL team powers immersive gaming experiences across Facebook's Instant Games ecosystem — spanning developer onboarding, content quality reviews, and platform operations. We're seeking a Play Operations TPM to drive the reliability, efficiency, and scalability of our end-to-end review pipelines, coordinate developer issue triage, and live systems and operational processes. This role focuses on keeping things running smoothly at scale — owning operational health, incident response frameworks, process automation, and continuous improvement. As part of this, you'll identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through AI workflows and help train AI systems to handle repeatable coordination tasks over time.

Responsibilities
Own end-to-end review operations for Instant Games — including quality, app, and policy review processes, as well as triage flows for game developer-reported issues and feedback
Define and track SLAs, quality benchmarks, and throughput metrics across all review pipelines
Identify bottlenecks and drive process improvements and automation to reduce cycle times, including help training AI systems to reduce future operational overhead
Partner cross-functionally with Policy, Trust & Safety, Quality Engineering, and Product to align review standards and implement scalable solutions
Establish and maintain operational playbooks, escalation paths, and decision frameworks
Lead incident response and root-cause analysis for review pipeline disruptions; drive remediation to closure
Build reporting to surface review health, trends, and performance to leadership
For key product priorities, support program planning & execution, helping to track scope, milestones, timelines, and dependencies for cross-functional technical initiatives

Minimum Qualifications
10+ years of experience in operations coordination, QA management, program management, or developer support management
Demonstrated ability to manage queues, track SLAs, and coordinate across multiple teams simultaneously
Clear written communication skills for developer-facing notes, rejection feedback, and status updates
Comfortable working with internal dashboards, tracking systems, and collaboration tools
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
Fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with game platforms, app review processes, or app store ecosystems (iOS, Android, console)
Experience in eCommerce operations, store merchandising, or SKU-based pipeline management
Background in TPM or program management with XFN coordination experience
Exposure to AI tools and willingness to embrace AI-native ways of working for process automation
Prior experience at platform companies (Google Play, Apple App Store, Xbox, PlayStation Store, or similar)
Understanding of content quality frameworks, tiering systems, or editorial curation workflows
