AI Engagement Lead / Solution Architect
About Turing
Turing is seeking an AI Engagement Lead / Solution Architect to lead enterprise Generative AI engagements for a Fortune 500 financial services client. In this full-time remote role, you will own the end-to-end solution architecture, technical strategy, and delivery — from proof of concept through production deployment.
You will serve as the primary technical and client-facing leader, guiding cross-functional engineering teams while partnering with client stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and production-ready AI solutions built on modern GenAI frameworks and cloud platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end architecture for enterprise AI platforms
- Make and defend key technical design decisions
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Guide implementation of LLMs, Agentic AI architectures, LangChain, LangGraph, and MCP integration patterns
- Establish security boundaries for AI systems including access controls, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop review
- Own project timelines, delivery milestones, and production releases
- Act as the primary client contact throughout the engagement
- Provide technical leadership to AI/ML engineers, integration engineers, and automation specialists
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of professional experience
- 4+ years leading Machine Learning or AI projects and solution architecture
- Proven experience owning enterprise solution architecture and technical decision-making
- Strong understanding of LLMs, Agentic AI, LangChain, LangGraph, MCP integration patterns
- Experience designing secure AI systems with governance and human review processes
- Knowledge of Azure, GCP, and AWS cloud platforms
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Jira, Confluence)
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in financial services, asset management, or regulated industries
