Role Overview
Terac is seeking smartphone users to participate in a first-person video recording study that supports the development of computer vision and AI systems. Participants will record everyday activities from a first-person perspective using their own smartphone and a simple head-mounted setup.
This is a flexible remote contract opportunity for individuals who are comfortable recording routine daily activities and uploading the footage for AI research.
Key Responsibilities
Record First-Person Videos
- Wear a smartphone head-mount while performing normal daily activities.
- Capture clear first-person video footage using your own smartphone.
- Record natural, real-world movements and everyday routines.
Submit Research Footage
- Upload completed video files through Terac's secure research platform.
- Ensure recordings are complete and meet submission requirements.
Maintain Recording Quality
- Record stable, well-lit video.
- Follow project guidelines throughout the recording process.
- Submit approved footage for quality review.
Required Qualifications
Own a smartphone with a reliable camera.
Willing to wear a simple smartphone head-mount.
Comfortable recording everyday activities from a first-person perspective.
Able to upload large video files.
