micro1 is engaging AI Productivity Specialists to enhance a customer's project by leveraging advanced artificial intelligence approaches, workflow optimization, and automation expertise. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Scope of Work

  1. Develop and document innovative, AI-driven processes that improve productivity for complex workflows.
  2. Identify opportunities to automate repetitive or time-consuming tasks across digital workplace tools, such as documents, spreadsheets, and messaging platforms.
  3. Analyze and interpret business, operational, or research data to inform system improvements and workflow enhancements.
  4. Design clear workflow diagrams and instructional materials to communicate automation strategies and AI best practices.
  5. Test, validate, and refine AI-powered solutions, providing high-quality, real-world input on their effectiveness and accuracy.
  6. Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams to translate requirements into actionable AI and automation workflows.
  7. Capture detailed feedback and report findings to support continuous improvement of AI models and systems.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Extensive experience utilizing AI technologies and automation in a professional setting to boost productivity or streamline operations.
  2. Strong analytical abilities, with demonstrated skill in dissecting complex problems and delivering actionable solutions.
  3. Proficiency with common workplace tools (e.g., documents, spreadsheets, messaging, data systems) and the integration of AI within these environments.
  4. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity, accuracy, and knowledge sharing.
  5. Background in business operations, engineering, finance, research, or similar domains where workflow management is critical.
  6. Proactive approach to identifying process inefficiencies and implementing AI-driven enhancements.
  7. Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment, managing deliverables and collaborating across virtual platforms.
