Project Manager V

The Global Marketing Operations team within the Scaled Business Marketing organization enables campaign execution at scale across Meta's business marketing channels. We are building and adopting AI-powered tools that fundamentally change how marketers plan, build, and launch campaigns. This role ensures new AI capabilities are production-ready, well-understood, and successfully integrated into day-to-day workflows.

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Operations Project Manager to drive documentation, testing, and rollout of new AI-powered campaign execution tools for Meta's internal marketing operations team. This role combines marketing technology fluency with strong project management to ensure new AI capabilities are production-ready and successfully adopted.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the end-to-end testing schedule for new AI marketing tool features, supporting change management as AI tools integrate into existing workflows
• Coordinate tester engagement across marketing ops, marketing managers, and growth marketers, managing structured feedback collection (surveys, debriefs, bug reports) and communicating testing status, blockers, and outcomes
• Create and maintain documentation, training guides, and training templates for new AI capabilities (user guides, SOPs, runbooks), keeping documentation current as features iterate
• Ensure project plans, timelines, and milestones for feature rollouts remain on track, surfacing risks, dependencies, and blockers early; drive resolution and build repeatable processes and templates that scale across launches

Qualifications

Required:

• 8-12+ years of experience in technical project or program management
• Track record managing technical platform migrations or complex technology rollouts
• Familiarity with marketing technology platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Meta Ads Manager, marketing automation tools)
• Strong process orientation with the ability to build structure and frameworks from ambiguity
• Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience coordinating UAT or structured beta/pilot programs
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams

Preferred:

• Experience in marketing operations, campaign operations, or martech environments
• Familiarity with AI/ML product rollouts or emerging technology adoption
• Experience with change management and end-user training programs
• Background creating SOPs, runbooks, or operational documentation for technical tools

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
• PMI or PMP certification preferred

The pay range that Tundra in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $79/hour – $85/hour.
