Expert Opportunity - Consulting Engagement Manager / Project Leader

Ethos is partnering with a leading frontier AI lab to recruit experienced Engagement Managers, Project Leaders, and Case Team Leaders from top strategy consulting firms to help train next-generation AI models on executive presentation and slide deck creation.

Rather than producing client deliverables, you will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated consulting presentations while applying MBB-quality standards for storylining, executive communication, and presentation design.

This is a flexible remote consulting opportunity for experienced consulting leaders who want to apply their expertise to improving frontier AI systems.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate AI-Generated Consulting Deliverables

• Review AI-generated consulting presentations and executive slide decks.
• Assess overall quality, logical flow, and executive readiness.
• Refine presentations to meet partner-level consulting standards.

Review Presentation Structure

• Evaluate and improve:
  • Deck architecture
  • Storyline development
  • Executive synthesis
  • Steering committee presentations
  • Partner-ready deliverables
  • Quality control of team-produced slides

Improve AI Performance

• Create and refine consulting presentation examples.
• Provide structured feedback that improves AI-generated consulting outputs.
• Apply consulting best practices for executive communication and slide craftsmanship.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience at McKinsey, Bain, BCG, or an equivalent top-tier strategy consulting firm.

• Experience serving as:

  • Engagement Manager
  • Project Leader
  • Case Team Leader
  • Or an equivalent consulting leadership role.

• Deep expertise in:

  • Structuring executive presentations
  • Storylining
  • Quality control of consulting deliverables
  • Executive communication
  • Client-ready slide production

• Expert-level PowerPoint skills.

• Exceptional written communication and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience reviewing or coaching consulting teams.

• Experience creating board-level, executive committee, or steering committee presentations.

• Previous experience with AI evaluation or AI training projects is a plus.

Compensation

• $100 USD per hour
• Up to approximately $2,000 per week

Work Arrangement

• Fully remote
• Flexible schedule
• 5–20 hours per week (or more if desired)
