This is a remote, flexible contract role where your expertise directly shapes how AI reasons about cloud security risks.

What You'll Do
- Analyze real-world cloud security scenarios across AWS, GCP, and Azure to identify risks and failure patterns
- Review IAM policies, networking configurations, storage settings, and container security issues
- Classify security gaps, misconfigurations, and cloud-related failures based on real-world impact and blast radius
- Evaluate and improve AI-generated security reasoning to ensure it reflects how cloud incidents actually unfold
- Provide structured, expert feedback that helps AI systems reason more accurately about cloud threats
Who You Are
- 2+ years of hands-on experience working with cloud environments in production
- Solid understanding of cloud IAM, networking, storage, and container security across one or more major providers
- Experience encountering or responding to real-world misconfigurations and security incidents
- Ability to reason clearly about blast radius, risk exposure, and business impact
- Strong written communication skills — you can explain complex security concepts clearly
Nice to Have
- Experience with cloud security tooling (e.g., Wiz, Orca, Prisma Cloud, AWS Security Hub)
- Background in penetration testing, red teaming, or incident response
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as CIS Benchmarks, SOC 2, or PCI-DSS
- Prior experience contributing to AI training or evaluation projects
