AI Policy, Ethics & Compliance Analyst
About the Role
What if your ability to think critically and spot what's fair, harmful, or misleading could directly shape the AI systems used by millions of people? We're looking for AI Policy, Ethics & Compliance Analysts to evaluate AI-generated content against real-world standards of safety, fairness, and ethical integrity.
This is a meaningful, intellectually engaging role for people who care about getting things right. No background in AI or policy is required — just sharp judgment, clear communication, and a genuine interest in how AI should behave.

What You'll Do
- Review AI-generated content and evaluate it against safety, fairness, and ethical standards
- Classify outputs based on compliance criteria including accuracy, bias, and appropriateness
- Identify content that could be harmful, misleading, or in violation of policy guidelines
- Write clear, structured feedback explaining your reasoning and flagging issues
- Work across a diverse range of topics, content types, and real-world scenarios
- Complete assignments independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
- A strong critical thinker who can evaluate nuanced, complex content objectively
- Genuinely interested in ethics, fairness, policy, or responsible technology
- A clear and concise written communicator
- Detail-oriented and consistent in your approach
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
- No prior experience in AI, ethics, or policy required
Nice to Have
- Background in law, philosophy, journalism, social sciences, or public policy
- Experience reviewing or moderating content at scale
- Familiarity with AI tools or content evaluation workflows
- Exposure to concepts like algorithmic bias, misinformation, or digital rights
