Role Overview

Mercor is seeking Legal Experts and Attorneys to help improve frontier AI models by reviewing, evaluating, annotating, and labeling AI-generated legal outputs. You will apply your legal expertise and structured evaluation guidelines to benchmark AI performance and ensure high-quality training data.

This is a flexible remote contract opportunity for legal professionals with strong analytical, research, and written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Review & Evaluate AI Outputs

Review AI-generated legal content across a variety of legal topics.
Evaluate content quality using detailed rubrics and evaluation guidelines.
Label and annotate datasets to improve AI model performance.

Research & Quality Assurance

Apply consistent judgment across large volumes of evaluation tasks.
