About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to combine your analytical background and leadership skills with cutting-edge AI development. You'll manage and mentor a team of analysts producing high-quality business content that teaches AI to reason like a seasoned professional. No prior AI experience required.

What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts and Content Specialists, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement
- Allocate tasks, manage workflows, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality analytical content
- Conduct thorough QA reviews, refine processes, and drive team efficiency
- Provide constructive performance feedback, hands-on training, and career development guidance
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, delivering regular project updates
- Guide the creation of case studies, business scenarios, and structured content across domains including finance, policy, e-commerce, and operations
Who You Are
- Holds a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
- 2+ years of team management or leadership experience
- 3–6 years in business analysis, consulting, content production, or domain-focused project work
- Strong research and analytical skills with a sharp eye for logical consistency
- Skilled at delivering constructive feedback and detailed annotations
- Creative thinker who can approach problems from multiple angles
- Excellent communicator and collaborator — comfortable working across distributed teams
- No prior AI experience required
Nice to Have
- Master's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
- Experience with data annotation, data quality, or content evaluation systems
- Background in case study writing, academic content, or research publications
