The Opportunity
As a Career Course Facilitator, you'll lead hands-on group sessions introducing students to your field. You'll cover career pathways and a practical field challenge, giving students a real taste of what professionals in your area actually do.
Who We're Looking For
- A working professional with a degree from a Top 30 U.S. university (strongly preferred)
- At least 3 years of active, hands-on experience in your field — we're looking for practitioners who are genuinely immersed in their work, not just familiar with it.
- Deep expertise in one or more of our program fields: Humanities & Philosophy, Life Sciences & Biotech, Environmental & Earth Sciences, Engineering & Innovation, Computer Science & AI, Business & Entrepreneurship, Psychology & Social Sciences, Creative Arts & Design, Media & Communication, or Literature, Writing & Publishing
- Experience managing projects or guiding others through a structured process. Field specific lecturing experience a plus!
- Genuine enthusiasm for working with young people and supporting their development
Time Commitment
- Each cohort runs over 4 weeks, with 1.5 hour session per week.
- Each cohort has 2 timezone options, meaning you'd deliver the same content twice per cohort — so 12 hours per cohort
- There are 3 cohorts per year, bringing the total annual commitment to 36 hours
- Scheduling is coordinated in advance and fully remote.
