The position offers strong autonomy and high ownership over the legal function, acting as a key internal reference for day-to-day legal matters and strategic compliance topics. You will play a central role in structuring processes, improving legal operations, and supporting product and technology teams. The scope is broad, covering contracts, privacy, regulatory analysis, and corporate risk management. You will be embedded in cross-functional discussions where legal input directly influences product decisions and business growth. This is a high-impact role for a hands-on legal professional who thrives in dynamic, scale-up environments.

Accountabilities:

You will be responsible for structuring and executing core legal operations, ensuring compliance and supporting business growth across multiple domains:

• Lead initiatives related to data privacy and LGPD compliance, including implementation and ongoing governance of data protection practices.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts such as commercial agreements, NDAs, partnership terms, and supplier contracts.
• Develop, update, and maintain digital legal policies, including privacy policies and terms of use for platforms and applications.
• Provide legal guidance on product development, assessing regulatory and contractual risks linked to new features and functionalities.
• Conduct compliance analysis of clients and operational partners to ensure regulatory integrity and risk mitigation.
• Manage litigation and administrative legal matters, coordinating external counsel when required.

Requirements:

You should bring a strong legal foundation combined with a pragmatic, business-oriented mindset:

• Law degree completed with active OAB registration in Brazil.
• Solid experience in digital law, contracts, and data privacy (LGPD), preferably in technology-driven environments.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple demands, and improve legal workflows proactively.
• Strong familiarity with SaaS or technology environments, with the ability to translate legal complexity into clear business guidance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong analytical thinking.
• Alignment with a fast-moving, results-oriented culture that values autonomy, clarity, and execution.
