3D Animator Artist

This role is centered on bringing digital worlds to life through expressive, high-quality character animation for immersive VR and AR experiences. You will work on animating humans, animals, and fantasy creatures, ensuring fluid motion, personality, and emotional depth across interactive environments. The position sits within a fast-paced creative production setting where storytelling, gameplay, and technical execution intersect. You will collaborate closely with technical artists and other creative team members to refine animation pipelines and improve overall production workflows. This is a highly hands-on role where your work directly shapes the player experience in cutting-edge gaming projects. Accountabilities:

• Create high-quality, expressive 3D animations for humans, animals, and fantasy creatures used in VR and AR environments.
• Develop and refine character movements, ensuring natural motion, emotional expression, and strong visual storytelling.
• Collaborate with technical artists to define, improve, and optimize character animation pipelines and workflows.
• Produce original 2D and 3D animations, including supporting graphics and motion elements for gameplay experiences.
• Create storyboards and animatics to support game flow, cinematic sequences, and interactive design.
• Ensure animations are optimized for real-time performance while maintaining artistic quality and consistency.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a 3D Animator working with humans, animals, and fantasy characters.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality animation work, preferably in released games or interactive environments.
• Proficiency in Maya or Blender for professional animation production.
• Strong understanding of anatomy, motion, timing, and physical behavior.
• Ability to manage deadlines effectively and deliver high-quality work in a production environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills within multidisciplinary creative teams.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 level) required for international team communication.
