Job Title: Financial Documents Specialist (Japanese)

Job Type: Contractor

Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze, create, and review a wide range of financial documents in Japanese, ensuring high accuracy and clarity.
  2. Leverage advanced expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to generate, format, and assess financial reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  3. Provide real-world financial content and feedback to support the development and training of advanced AI models.
  4. Communicate complex financial concepts and documentation requirements clearly in both Japanese and English, with keen attention to detail in written and verbal exchanges.
  5. Collaborate with the customer's team to deliver expertise and insights that will inform AI model improvements.
  6. Utilize your experience with Fortune 500 organizations to bring industry best practices into training AI systems.
  7. Respond to queries and review outputs to ensure financial data integrity and adherence to compliance standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Native-level proficiency in Japanese, with strong command of written and verbal communication skills.
  2. Minimum of 3 years' experience in finance, specifically in creating or managing financial documents.
  3. Proven ability to create and manipulate documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  4. Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field.
  5. Demonstrated experience working with Fortune 500 companies or similar large-scale organizations.
  6. Meticulous attention to detail and adherence to financial compliance standards.
  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for accuracy and quality.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience living or working in the United States, with deep familiarity of U.S.-based finance practices.
  2. Background collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in a remote environment.
  3. Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or data annotation projects (a plus but not required).
