Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide expert insights into retail operations, focusing on merchandising, inventory management, and e-commerce strategy.
  2. Develop and analyze demand forecasting models to improve stock levels and reduce overstock situations.
  3. Contribute to the creation and refinement of markdown strategy plans and competitive pricing matrices.
  4. Evaluate and optimize omnichannel sales strategies to enhance the customer experience and drive revenue growth.
  5. Collaborate with a team of retail experts to deliver high-impact, accurate data to AI training workflows.
  6. Deliver clear, exceptionally written and verbal feedback on retail process documentation and training scenarios.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends to ensure input reflects current retail best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. 5-10+ years of experience in retail management, merchandising, inventory, or e-commerce leadership roles.
  2. Strong command of demand forecasting, markdown planning, and pricing strategy in a retail context.
  3. Deep knowledge of omnichannel and e-commerce operations, with a focus on data-driven decision making.
  4. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English—this is essential for success in the role.
  5. Demonstrated expertise in analyzing complex retail scenarios and providing actionable insights.
