Product Marketing Manager V

The BPM - Business Experiences Team connects businesses with high-impact opportunities to drive growth and performance. Operating as the voice of product in market and market in product, we leverage deep product portfolio and positioning expertise.

Core PMM Responsibilities

1. Partner with PM and Engineering orgs to influence what products and features are shipped
2. Develop strategic positioning for key products using data on market assessment, quantitative analysis and knowledge of the broader ecosystem
3. Drive product-market fit by synthesizing market feedback, analyzing data, conducting competitive assessments, and engaging in customer research
4. Educate and motivate sales, partners, and businesses at scale by developing solutions, crafting communications and marketing materials, and guiding programs to drive adoption
5. Coordinate with stakeholders across PR, Design, Community, Policy, Product and Partnerships to deliver product marketing communications
6. Drive product adoption and usage rates through scalable marketing and launch support

Minimum Qualifications

• BA/BS degree
• 8+ years of experience working in product marketing, product management, management consulting, product strategy or equivalent function
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally and building consensus among multiple stakeholders in an entrepreneurial, high-expectation environment
• Product marketing or Product Management experience in the web technology sector, with experience contributing at strategic, operational and tactical levels
• Track record of influencing behavior at a variety of levels in the organization, including cross-functional leaders
• Analytical skills and experience solving problems with data

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or Masters degree
• Experience with Meta's advertising products and family of apps
• Experience influencing product development and product strategy
• Technical degree or knowledge on technical products
• Experience illustrating high-accountability in a dynamic, rapidly changing workplace

The pay range that Tundra in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $116/hour – $126/hour.
