Essential Functions & Responsibilities
- Working with Growth leadership, Product and Marketing teams—understand strategic direction, competitive positioning, and future goals of Velera network solutions for our current clients and prospects.
- Partner with RVPs and CGEs to ensure we are growing our network reach within our existing client base as well as preserving existing network business.
- Partner with sales leadership and NSE teams to assist with deep network conversations, value proposition articulation, etc. to further net-new network business conversations.
- Assist in deal strategy related to both existing and new clients, and become an expert in the landscape of debit/ATM networks.
- Provide market feedback to our Growth leadership, as well as Marketing, Strategy, and Product Teams, related to intel gathered though interactions with both clients and prospects to enhance Velera’s value proposition and competitive pricing.
- Serves as an industry expert and articulate overall network environment as well as Velera’s network attributes to internal and external audiences.
- Delivers sales presentations, supporting materials/analysis, on-site client/prospect visit support and call support in conjunction with NSE/CGE teams to advance Velera objectives.
- Ensure client and competitor information is maintained in CRM tool, assist with Opportuntity creation and proposal requests when necessary.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.

Education
- Bachelor's
Experience
- 5-10 years of Financial Institution background in operations, marketing, sales, sales operations, platform or member services are required.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Debit and ATM network experience—sales, pricing, competitive awareness
- Professional communications including written, presentation, speaking, etc.
- Strong, confident presentation style
- MS Office proficiency—particularly Excel and Powerpoint
- Knowledge of debit network landscape and related products, sales operations, industry best practices, etc. in credit union space
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills to formulate and execute strategy in alignment with Velera business objectives
- Excellent communication, organizational and proven leadership skills
- Ability to travel as needed

Pay Equity
$60,500.00 - $77,100.00
Actual Pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
