Role Overview

Mercor is recruiting Korea-based Finance Experts for a research project with a leading foundational AI model laboratory.

This opportunity is designed for experienced finance professionals who can contribute domain expertise to projects focused on training and improving advanced AI systems.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience working at leading firms in one or more of the following areas:

  • Hedge Funds
  • Private Equity
  • Investment Banking
  • Equity Research
  • Corporate Finance
  • Venture Capital

Applicants should possess strong financial analysis skills and experience working in high-performance financial environments.

Engagement Details

  • Minimum commitment of 10 hours per week
  • Minimum engagement duration of 4 weeks
  • Fully remote, flexible scheduling

Strong performance on this project may increase the likelihood of being selected for future Mercor opportunities.

Contract & Payment Terms

  • Independent contractor engagement
  • Fully remote, flexible schedule
  • $80/hour — weekly payments through Stripe or Wise
  • Minimum 4-week engagement
  • Projects may be extended, shortened, or concluded based on business needs and performance
