Job description
We are recruiting a select cohort of accomplished biology and biophysics researchers to contribute to the next generation of AI systems for scientific reasoning.
Partner AI labs are building models that need to reason about advanced life sciences and biophysics topics at the level of active researchers rather than textbook knowledge. Relevant domains include:

What You'll Do
Author and review challenging biology and biophysics problems used to train and evaluate frontier AI models
Evaluate model outputs involving:
- Mechanism prediction
- Experimental design
- Literature interpretation
- Scientific reasoning
Identify areas where AI systems fail, particularly subtle scientific errors that experienced researchers would quickly recognize
Collaborate with program teams and fellow researchers to improve evaluation quality and scientific rigor
