About the Role

Join a client's team as a Japanese-speaking Business Document Expert and play a central role in evaluating and elevating next-generation AI-driven productivity tools. In this fully remote role, you'll use your business acumen and advanced Office Suite skills to ensure AI-generated business documents meet the highest standards of clarity, accuracy, and professional quality.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate AI-Generated Business Deliverables

  • Collaborate directly with AI systems to execute sophisticated business tasks using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Evaluate, critique, and deliver structured feedback on AI-generated deliverables across finance, strategy, marketing, and operations
  • Review outputs for precision, business relevance, and adherence to Fortune 500 or consulting-level quality standards

Design and Test Business Scenarios

  • Design and test realistic business scenarios reflecting current professional workflows — analysis, presentations, reporting, and proposals
  • Annotate, document, and escalate recurring issues to ensure AI systems consistently meet business user needs

Drive Continuous AI Improvement

  • Communicate actionable insights and recommendations to cross-functional teams
  • Champion quality, structure, and clarity in every deliverable, bridging the gap between business expertise and AI innovation

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3+ years of professional experience in business functions such as strategy, finance, marketing, operations, sales, or HR
  • Proven mastery of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for creating polished, professional business deliverables
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and written/verbal communication skills
  • Japanese language proficiency required
  • Self-starter attitude, thriving in an independent, remote, and fast-paced environment
