What You'll Do
- Build, manage, and optimize operational workflows that support growth initiatives across marketing, sales, and product
- Track and analyze key growth metrics — identifying trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement
- Manage and maintain CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and reporting dashboards
- Design and implement scalable processes for lead generation, outreach, onboarding, and retention
- Coordinate cross-functional projects to ensure growth experiments move from idea to execution efficiently
- Create clear documentation for repeatable processes and standard operating procedures
- Conduct competitive and market research to surface new growth opportunities
- Support A/B testing and campaign analysis with structured data collection and reporting

- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Notion, Airtable, Zapier, or Google Analytics

- Understanding of funnel metrics, unit economics, or lifecycle marketing
- Experience building dashboards or working with data visualization tools
- Comfort with basic SQL, scripting, or no-code automation platforms
