About the Role

Turing is seeking a Quality Analyst – Multimodality to help improve and evaluate frontier AI systems through analytical reasoning, content review, research, and quality assessment tasks.

In this role, you will work on projects that help fine-tune large language models by analyzing content, validating information, solving reasoning challenges, and creating high-quality training examples. The work combines research, critical thinking, writing, and quality assurance in support of next-generation AI systems.

This position is ideal for strong analytical thinkers who enjoy investigating problems, evaluating information, and helping AI systems become more accurate and reliable.

Key Responsibilities

Content Analysis & Review

  • Read and analyze large volumes of content
  • Summarize information into logical, structured components
  • Review content for quality, accuracy, and completeness
  • Identify inconsistencies, errors, and improvement opportunities

Research & Fact Verification

  • Conduct online research to validate claims
  • Verify factual accuracy using reliable sources
  • Evaluate supporting evidence and reasoning
  • Document findings and corrections

AI Training & Evaluation

  • Create scenarios and examples used to train AI models
  • Solve analytical and reasoning-based tasks
  • Provide correct answers and detailed explanations
  • Help improve model performance through high-quality feedback

Quality Assurance

  • Review outputs for accuracy, logic, formatting, consistency, and instruction following
  • Provide detailed annotations and constructive feedback

Analytical Problem Solving

Examples may include:

  • Data interpretation
  • Trend analysis
  • Logical reasoning puzzles
  • Quantitative analysis
  • Multi-step decision-making problems

Required Qualifications

  • Strong English reading and writing proficiency
  • Excellent analytical and research skills
  • Ability to provide detailed feedback and annotations
  • Strong creative and lateral thinking abilities
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Reliable desktop or laptop with stable internet access

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or current undergraduate studies in Engineering, Literature, Journalism, Communications, Arts, Statistics, or related fields
  • 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Data Annotation, Content Review, or similar analytical workflows
  • Professional writing experience such as Business Analysis, Research, Copywriting, Journalism, Technical Writing, Editing, or Translation
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, data interpretation, logical reasoning, and basic arithmetic
