About the Role
Mercor is hiring expert evaluators in Process Improvement and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to review and assess AI-generated work products for accuracy, rigor, and domain quality.
This role involves evaluating process documentation, SOPs, workflow designs, operational analyses, continuous improvement initiatives, spreadsheets, and presentation materials generated by AI systems and applying deep operational expertise to assess output quality against established evaluation standards.
This is a remote, hourly contract opportunity.
