About the Role

Mercor is hiring expert evaluators in General Finance and Accounting to review and assess AI-generated work products for accuracy, rigor, and domain quality.

This role involves evaluating documents, spreadsheets, and presentation materials created by AI systems and applying professional finance and accounting expertise to assess output quality against established evaluation standards.

This is a remote, hourly contract opportunity.

What You'll Do

  • Evaluate AI-generated artifacts using finance and accounting quality rubrics
  • Review:

- Financial documents

- Accounting reports

- Spreadsheets

- Financial models

- Presentations and slide decks

  • Identify:

- Factual inaccuracies

- Accounting errors

- Financial analysis mistakes

- Presentation issues

- Data inconsistencies

- Quality concerns

  • Provide clear, structured written feedback
  • Assess the accuracy, rigor, and professional quality of AI-generated outputs

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional experience in:

- Finance

- Accounting

- Financial analysis

- Corporate finance

- Related financial disciplines

  • Native or professional fluency in English
  • Advanced proficiency with:

- Microsoft Office

- Google Workspace

  • Strong working knowledge of:

- Microsoft Excel

- Google Sheets

- Microsoft PowerPoint

- Google Slides

  • Master's degree or higher
  • Advanced academic or professional qualifications from a reputable institution
