About the Role
Mercor is seeking expert evaluators with deep experience in financial services compliance, regulatory response, risk management, and AI governance to assess AI-generated work products for accuracy, rigor, and domain quality.
This is a remote, hourly contract opportunity focused on reviewing documents, spreadsheets, and presentation decks produced by AI systems.
Evaluators will apply real-world expertise in financial regulation, compliance operations, governance frameworks, and AI oversight to determine whether outputs meet professional standards, demonstrate sound regulatory reasoning, and accurately reflect compliance requirements within financial services environments.
What You'll Do
- Evaluate AI-generated artifacts including:
- Documents
- Spreadsheets
- Slide decks
- Assess outputs using domain-specific quality rubrics
- Review work for:
- Regulatory accuracy
- Compliance rigor
- Risk management quality
- AI governance considerations
- Professional presentation
- Identify:
- Regulatory errors
- Compliance gaps
- Risk assessment weaknesses
- Presentation flaws
- Aesthetic issues
- Logical inconsistencies
- Provide clear and structured written feedback
- Apply professional judgment when evaluating financial-services compliance, regulatory response, and AI governance content
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in:
- Financial Services Compliance
- Regulatory Affairs
- Risk Management
- Financial Crime Compliance
- Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)
- AI Governance within Financial Services
- Related regulatory disciplines
- Native or professional fluency in English
- Strong analytical and evaluation skills
- Ability to assess compliance and regulatory materials objectively and consistently

Contract & Payment Terms
