About the Role
Mercor is seeking expert evaluators with deep experience in nonprofit organizations, philanthropy, and community programs to assess AI-generated work products for accuracy, rigor, and domain quality.
This is a remote, hourly contract opportunity focused on reviewing documents, spreadsheets, and presentation decks produced by AI systems.
Evaluators will apply real-world nonprofit and social impact expertise to determine whether outputs meet professional standards, demonstrate sound programmatic reasoning, and accurately reflect philanthropy, fundraising, grantmaking, community development, and nonprofit operations.
What You'll Do
- Evaluate AI-generated artifacts including:
- Documents
- Spreadsheets
- Slide decks
- Assess outputs using domain-specific quality rubrics
- Review work for:
- Program accuracy
- Strategic rigor
- Domain quality
- Professional presentation
- Identify:
- Factual errors
- Program design flaws
- Impact measurement issues
- Presentation weaknesses
- Aesthetic issues
- Logical inconsistencies
- Provide clear and structured written feedback
- Apply professional judgment when evaluating nonprofit, philanthropic, and community-focused content
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in:
- Nonprofit Management
- Philanthropy
- Community Programs
- Grantmaking
- Social Impact Organizations
- Community Development
- Related nonprofit sectors
- Native or professional fluency in English
- Strong analytical and evaluation skills
- Ability to assess nonprofit and social impact materials objectively and consistently

- Highly proficient with:

Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher

- Experience evaluating nonprofit operations, donor programs, or community outcomes
Contract & Payment Terms
- Independent contractor engagement
- Fully remote work
