Job description

As a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Expert, you will apply your finance and business planning expertise to help train and evaluate next-generation AI systems.

Your work will help improve AI models by contributing real-world financial analysis, forecasting methodologies, business intelligence practices, and strategic finance expertise.

This role is ideal for professionals with backgrounds in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, SaaS finance, investment banking, or related quantitative disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze complex financial and marketing datasets to generate actionable business insights

  • Develop, refine, and maintain advanced financial models

  • Perform:

    • Forecasting
    • Budgeting
    • Scenario analysis
    • Strategic planning analysis

  • Create evaluation rubrics and frameworks used to train and assess AI systems

  • Prepare, review, and optimize financial reporting aligned with:

    • US GAAP
    • IFRS

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business planning and decision-making

  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls

  • Advise on SaaS performance metrics including:

    • ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue)
    • MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue)
    • CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost)
    • LTV (Customer Lifetime Value)

  • Apply domain expertise to improve AI reasoning and evaluation workflows

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in:

    • Accounting
    • Finance
    • Economics
    • Engineering
    • Related quantitative fields

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in:

    • FP&A
    • Finance
    • Accounting
    • Audit
    • SaaS Finance

  • Investment banking experience is highly preferred
