Job description
As a Corporate Finance Expert, you will help train next-generation AI systems using real-world corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, and transaction execution expertise.
Your work will contribute to improving how AI models reason through complex financial analyses, valuation exercises, transaction scenarios, and investment decision-making workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Design technically challenging finance prompts and tasks that reflect real-world:
- Investment Banking (IB)
- Private Equity (PE)
- Corporate Development (Corp Dev)
Develop gold-standard solutions in:
- Excel
- PowerPoint
Create objective benchmarks for evaluating AI model performance
Design and refine grading rubrics for:
- Financial modeling exercises
- Transaction analysis
- Valuation tasks
Build, modify, and review advanced financial models including:
- 3-statement models
- DCF valuations
- Comparable company analyses
- Precedent transaction analyses
- LBO models
- M&A models
- Sensitivity analyses
Produce client-ready transaction analyses and investment materials
Develop and maintain professional:
- Financial templates
- Investment decks
- Transaction support materials
Ensure all deliverables meet professional finance industry standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
Hands-on experience in:
- Financial modeling
- Valuation
- Transaction analysis
Advanced Excel proficiency
Experience with:
- Scenario analysis
- Model auditing
- Model integrity checks
Advanced PowerPoint skills
Ability to create polished, professional investment presentations
Strong familiarity with:
