Job description

In this remote contractor role, you will work as a Compliance & Regulatory Subject Matter Expert (SME) reviewing AI-generated compliance, regulatory, and risk-related responses and creating expert compliance content.

The work focuses on evaluating regulatory interpretation, compliance program design, control effectiveness, risk-based decision-making, and policy development while providing detailed written feedback that improves AI model performance.

Important Note

There is currently no active project attached to this role.

Qualified candidates will join the expert network and may be among the first professionals contacted when relevant opportunities become available.

What You'll Do

Review AI Responses

  • Evaluate AI-generated compliance and regulatory answers

  • Assess:

    • Accuracy
    • Clarity

  • Identify:

    • Regulatory interpretation errors
    • Policy design weaknesses
    • Control design flaws
    • Monitoring gaps
    • Reporting deficiencies

Create Expert Content

  • Develop detailed prompts and gold-standard solutions
  • Create content covering:
    • Policies
    • Procedures
    • Control descriptions
    • Monitoring plans
    • Risk assessments
    • Regulatory summaries

Improve AI Performance

  • Compare and rank multiple AI responses
  • Improve:
    • Correctness
    • Defensibility
    • Clarity
    • Compliance awareness
    • Practical usefulness

Ensure Model Integrity

  • Test outputs for:

Required Qualifications
