Job description
This is a remote contractor opportunity for experienced social media professionals to help improve advanced AI systems through social content evaluation, strategy analysis, audience-fit assessment, and platform-native content creation.
As a Social Media Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will review AI-generated social media outputs, evaluate reasoning quality and creative decision-making, and create expert-level social content and strategy deliverables.
Your work will directly improve AI systems by helping them generate:
- More engaging social content
- Better platform-native messaging
- Stronger audience targeting
- Safer and more compliant social communication
- More effective hooks, CTAs, and content structures
- Better strategic reasoning across social platforms

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in:
- Marketing
- Communications
- Journalism
- Related fields
Minimum 5 years of professional experience managing social media for brands
Experience involving:

- Campaign execution
Strong understanding of platform best practices across:

Proven ability creating:
