Your deep subject-matter knowledge will directly shape how AI understands and reasons through complex chemistry problems — from undergraduate fundamentals to graduate-level research topics.

What You'll Do

  • Design challenging, high-quality chemistry problems to test and stress AI model performance across domains such as organic chemistry, biochemistry, chemical engineering, and physical chemistry
  • Develop clear, rigorous step-by-step solutions that demonstrate expert-level reasoning
  • Evaluate AI-generated responses for scientific accuracy, logical consistency, and depth of reasoning
  • Collaborate with researchers to refine benchmarks spanning undergraduate through Master's-level chemistry content
  • Provide structured, actionable feedback that directly improves AI model quality

Who You Are

  • Currently pursuing or have completed a Master's degree (or higher) in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a closely related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills across advanced chemistry domains
  • Able to explain complex scientific concepts clearly and precisely in writing
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
  • No prior AI experience required — we'll provide everything you need to get started
