Job description
Mercor is seeking experienced nonprofit leaders, philanthropy professionals, and community program experts to contribute expertise toward frontier AI training and evaluation projects focused on nonprofit operations, community impact, and philanthropic strategy.
This role focuses on supporting AI systems through:
- Rubric-style evaluation tasks
- Community and nonprofit reasoning analysis
- LLM prompt design
- AI output evaluation
- Social impact workflow assessment
The ideal candidate has prior experience completing Mercor rubric-based tasks and is comfortable evaluating AI-generated nonprofit and community-focused outputs.
Key Responsibilities

Design and refine:
