Job description
Mercor is seeking experienced professionals in real estate, hospitality, tourism, and event strategy to contribute expertise toward frontier AI training and evaluation projects focused on travel, hospitality operations, and customer experience workflows.
This role focuses on supporting AI systems through:
- Rubric-style evaluation tasks
- Industry reasoning analysis
- LLM prompt design
- AI output evaluation
- Travel and hospitality workflow assessment
The ideal candidate has prior experience completing Mercor rubric-based tasks and is comfortable evaluating AI-generated operational and strategic outputs.
