Brand / design / creative direction (Meridian)

Mercor is seeking experienced brand strategists, creative directors, and presentation designers to contribute expertise toward frontier AI training and evaluation projects focused on branding, visual communication, and creative direction.

This role focuses on supporting AI systems through:

• Rubric-style evaluation tasks
• Creative reasoning analysis
• LLM prompt design
• AI output evaluation
• Brand and design workflow assessment

The ideal candidate has prior experience completing Mercor rubric-based tasks and is comfortable evaluating AI-generated creative and branding outputs.

• Design and refine:

• Apply expertise in:

  • Branding systems
  • Creative workflows

• Contribute domain expertise to improve AI systems trained on real-world branding and creative scenarios

Compensation

• $70–130/hour
• Weekly payments through Stripe or Wise

Contract & Payment Terms

• Independent contractor engagement
• Fully remote work
• Flexible schedule
• Projects may be extended, shortened, or concluded depending on business needs and performance
• Work does not involve access to confidential employer or client information
