Job description
Mercor is seeking experienced public sector consultants, policy analysts, and civic program leaders to contribute expertise toward frontier AI training and evaluation projects focused on government and public administration.
This role focuses on supporting AI systems through:
- Rubric-style evaluation tasks
- Public policy reasoning
- LLM prompt design
- AI output evaluation
- Government and civic operations analysis
The ideal candidate has prior experience completing Mercor rubric-based tasks and is comfortable evaluating AI-generated policy and public administration outputs.
