Operations Specialist

As an Operations Specialist, you will contribute operational expertise toward training and evaluating next-generation AI systems.

This role focuses on analyzing real-world workplace communication and operational workflows to help AI systems better understand business context, decision-making, and organizational processes.

Contributors will work with authentic startup and operational communication data to create realistic AI evaluation tasks and structured business reasoning scenarios.

No prior AI experience is required. Operational and communication expertise is the primary qualification.
