Ace Metrix, an iSpot company, specializes in measuring the impact of video advertising across TV and digital platforms through advanced technology and research insights.

Role Overview

iSpot is seeking a Brand Partnerships Associate Manager to support client accounts, analyze advertising performance data, and contribute to customer success initiatives.

This role combines client relationship management, analytical storytelling, and advertising research in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support assigned client accounts with day-to-day account maintenance and customer support
  • Handle customer requests and ensure timely issue resolution
  • Manage creative ingestion, tracking setup, taxonomy, and data-related requests
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad hoc client deliverables
  • Analyze data from the iSpot/Ace platform to generate actionable insights
  • Support client presentations and data-driven storytelling initiatives
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and cross-functional teams
  • Maintain excellent response quality, organization, and communication standards
  • Demonstrate critical thinking and time management in fast-paced environments

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 2–3 years experience in:
  • Marketing
  • Advertising
  • Market research
  • Client-facing roles
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to interpret and present data-driven insights
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of market research principles
  • Experience using:
  • Salesforce
  • Slack
  • JIRA
  • Confluence
  • Google Workspace
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with advertising analytics or TV/media measurement
  • Interest in storytelling through data and advertising optimization

Work Details

  • Remote-first role with hybrid flexibility depending on location
  • Hybrid schedule available near Bellevue, WA or New York, NY offices
  • Fully remote for candidates located outside office regions

Compensation & Benefits

  • Annual salary range: $68,680 – $82,760 USD
