Job description

About the Role

We are seeking Design Experts to support AI model training by designing complex design workflows and evaluating AI-generated outputs.

In this role, you will create realistic scenarios across visual design, product design, and creative operations, and assess how AI systems perform in design-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design end-to-end workflows across design and creative processes
  • Build scenarios involving branding, UX, and product design tasks
  • Create and evaluate design artifacts (wireframes, prototypes, brand guidelines)
  • Assess AI-generated outputs and provide structured feedback
  • Support development of AI systems for design workflows
  • Clearly articulate design reasoning and decision-making

Areas of Work

  • Visual & Brand Design (marketing assets, brand systems, presentations)
  • Product & UX Design (wireframes, prototypes, design systems)
  • Creative Operations (asset management, briefs, localization)

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in visual design, UX/product design, or creative operations
  • Proficiency with design tools (Figma, Sketch, or equivalent)
  • Strong understanding of design systems and workflows
  • Ability to produce and interpret design artifacts
  • Strong communication and design reasoning skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience across multiple design domains (visual + UX + ops)
  • Familiarity with design systems and component libraries
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams
