About the Role
We are seeking Sales & Marketing Experts to support AI model training by designing complex go-to-market (GTM) workflows and evaluating AI-generated outputs.
In this role, you will create realistic sales, marketing, and revenue operations scenarios and assess how AI systems perform across end-to-end GTM processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design GTM workflows across sales, marketing, and RevOps
- Build scenarios covering outreach, campaigns, demos, proposals, and renewals
- Create and evaluate marketing assets (ad copy, SEO content, case studies, positioning)
- Assess AI-generated outputs and provide structured feedback
- Develop GTM artifacts (pipeline reviews, campaign briefs, attribution models, playbooks)
- Clearly articulate reasoning behind sales and marketing decisions
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in B2B sales, marketing, or RevOps
- Experience in SaaS, agency, or similar environments
- Strong understanding of GTM strategies (sales, demand gen, lifecycle marketing)
- Familiarity with CRM systems, pipeline management, and campaign execution
- Ability to produce and interpret GTM materials
- Strong written communication and analytical thinking
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience across multiple GTM domains (sales + marketing + ops)
- Experience with attribution models, pricing strategies, or lifecycle marketing
- Experience working on complex, long-horizon GTM strategies

Compensation
- $60 – $105/hour depending on experience
