About the Role
We are seeking a high-energy English Tutor / Trainer to support employee language development and communication skills.
In this role, you will conduct training sessions, design learning materials, and track learner progress while collaborating with HR and internal teams to align training with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one and group English training sessions
- Develop customized lesson plans and learning materials
- Coach employees on grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and communication
- Facilitate workshops on presentations, public speaking, and communication skills
- Track learner progress through assessments and reports
- Prepare weekly lesson plans and manage scheduling
- Collaborate with HR and department heads to align training with development initiatives
- Work independently while maintaining high-quality delivery and professionalism
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or related field
- 2–3+ years of ESL teaching experience
- CEFR C2-level English proficiency (or equivalent)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities
- Attention to detail and adaptability in teaching methods
- Experience designing engaging learning materials
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience teaching learners in Eastern Europe or Asia
- Background in employee development or HR collaboration
- Experience teaching presentations or public speaking
- Familiarity with tech terminology (e.g., CRO, HTML basics)
Work Details
- Work Type: Fully remote
- Engagement: Contractor (Full-time)
- Hours: 40 hours/week
- Partial overlap with Eastern Standard Time required
