About the Role

We are seeking an English Tutor to help train and improve AI language models.

In this role, you will evaluate AI chatbot outputs, assess their reasoning and writing quality, and contribute to improving overall model performance. This position is ideal for individuals with strong writing, editing, and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assign writing and editing tasks to AI chatbots
• Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, logic, and quality
• Identify issues and provide feedback to improve model performance
• Assess outputs for grammar, tone, and brand voice consistency
• Contribute to improving AI training processes

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Native or bilingual-level fluency in English
• Strong writing, editing, and content development skills
• Excellent command of grammar, style, and tone
• High attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress)
• Background in communications, journalism, or related fields
