Role Overview
Join as a Sales / Shopping Expert and help train AI systems to better understand real-world customer interactions, purchasing decisions, and sales processes.
This role focuses on evaluating and improving shopping and sales scenarios to reflect realistic buyer behavior and professional sales judgment.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and improve sales and shopping-related scenarios
- Analyze customer needs, intent, and decision drivers
- Identify gaps in sales logic, product fit, and communication
- Evaluate real-world constraints such as budget, timing, and preferences
- Detect missed opportunities or poor sales strategies
- Provide structured feedback to improve AI understanding of sales dynamics
- Enhance realism in customer–salesperson interactions
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Professional experience in sales or customer-facing roles
- Strong understanding of buyer behavior and decision-making
- Experience in consultative or solution-based selling
- Ability to diagnose customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Excellent communication and reasoning skills
- Advanced or fluent English

Work Details
- Work Type: Fully remote

Compensation
- $30 per approved task
- Equivalent to ~$45/hour
- Paid in local currency
