Role Overview

Join Vetto as a Consulting Expert and contribute to training AI planning assistants in business strategy and problem-solving.

In this role, you will analyze real-world business problems and structure them into clear, hypothesis-driven reasoning frameworks to teach AI systems how consultants think.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business scenarios and structure problem-solving approaches
• Break down ambiguous problems using frameworks (issue trees, hypothesis-driven analysis)
• Identify and evaluate multiple hypotheses using data and evidence
• Discard weak alternatives with clear reasoning
• Deliver structured recommendations supported by analysis
• Help train AI systems in strategic thinking and consulting methodologies

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in management consulting or strategy roles
• Strong structured problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
• Familiarity with frameworks (issue trees, hypothesis testing, case analysis)
• Ability to interpret business data and market dynamics
• Excellent written communication skills
• Ability to explain reasoning clearly and logically

• MBA students or final-year undergraduates with strong case experience

Work Details

• Work Type: Fully remote
• Engagement: Task-based (per deliverable)
• Time per task: ~80 minutes
• Flexible workload depending on availability

Compensation

• $60 per approved task
• Equivalent to approximately $45/hour
• Payments made in local currency
