Key Responsibilities
- Review and improve educational scenarios used for AI training
- Identify unrealistic, weak, or ineffective teaching interactions
- Ensure scenarios reflect real classroom or tutoring dynamics
- Enhance learning quality by incorporating strong pedagogical approaches
- Detect misconceptions, learning gaps, and teaching inefficiencies
- Provide structured feedback to improve AI teaching capabilities
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in teaching, tutoring, or education-related fields
- Strong understanding of pedagogy and learner-centered approaches
- Ability to explain complex ideas clearly and effectively
- Excellent written communication skills
- High attention to detail and educational accuracy
- Ability to work independently on structured tasks

Work Details

Compensation
