In this role, you will analyze real-world engineering problems and structure them into clear, step-by-step reasoning frameworks to train AI systems designed to teach and solve technical challenges.
Key Responsibilities

- Break down technical challenges into step-by-step reasoning processes

- Develop structured problem-solving approaches suitable for AI training
- Ensure explanations are technically accurate and educational
- Provide detailed feedback to improve AI reasoning and outputs
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Professional experience in engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial, Aerospace, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interpret data, tests, and technical evidence
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to explain complex technical reasoning clearly
- Independent work capability and attention to detail

Work Details
- Work Type: Fully remote

Compensation
- $60 per approved task
- Equivalent to approximately $45/hour
