Role Overview
Join as a Remote Household Task Video Contributor and help train next-generation machine learning models focused on motion and activity recognition.
In this role, you will capture synchronized video and motion sensor (IMU) data using your smartphone while performing structured physical tasks. Your contributions will directly support advancements in robotics and AI systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture motion data using smartphone sensors (IMU) during assigned tasks
- Record synchronized video footage to validate collected data
- Follow strict technical protocols for data accuracy and consistency
- Submit a minimum of 10 hours of approved video per week
- Ensure all data meets quality, labeling, and format standards
- Communicate with the team to clarify instructions and improve workflows
- Deliver outputs reliably within project timelines
- Complete device compatibility checks and AI-based interview process
Requirements
- Must be located in eligible U.S. states (e.g., Texas, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions precisely
- Reliable output management in a structured environment
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable using smartphones and digital tools
- Physically capable of performing repetitive motion-based tasks
- Access to a compatible smartphone
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in robotics, kinesiology, or motion analysis
- Experience with sensor-based data collection
- Familiarity with labeling or structuring datasets for machine learning
Compensation & Payment
- Rate: $0.21 per minute of approved video
- Minimum video length: 2 minutes per submission
- Pay is strictly output-based (approved content only)

- Work Type: Fully remote (U.S.-only, selected states)
- Engagement: Contractor
