Job Summary

Join our customer’s team as a Digital Illustration Expert (Krita / Libresprite) and help shape the future of AI-powered creative tools.

In this role, you will produce complete digital illustration projects while documenting your authentic creative workflow. Your artistic decisions, brush techniques, layer management, and visual problem-solving approaches will directly inform how AI systems learn professional illustration standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full digital illustration projects using Krita or Libresprite, from initial concept sketches to fully rendered artwork.
  • Document and clearly communicate your artistic decisions, layer management techniques, and creative rationale.
  • Develop compositions and refine color, value, lighting, and design elements throughout each project.
  • Deliver high-quality, polished illustrations that demonstrate complete workflow transparency.
  • Collaborate with team members to share feedback and improve workflow documentation.
  • Participate in written and verbal discussions explaining artistic intent.
  • Troubleshoot visual and technical challenges during the illustration process.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Krita or Libresprite.
