Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. This opportunity is ideal for versatile professionals who excel in both written and verbal English communication, are bilingual, and are passionate about contributing to the advancement of artificial intelligence.

Scope of Work

  1. Contribute diverse real-world knowledge and insights to AI training workflows.
  2. Review, evaluate, and enhance language-based data sets for clarity, accuracy, and relevance.
  3. Create and refine task guidelines, examples, and content used for model instruction.
  4. Analyze model outputs to assess correctness, logical reasoning, and quality of responses.
  5. Provide actionable feedback for model improvements and ongoing training cycles.
  6. Collaborate asynchronously with project managers and other specialists through clear written and verbal communication.
  7. Document issues and contribute to the development of best practices for future iterations.
