Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze public agency budget proposals, regional zoning reports, and emergency response schedules to provide domain-specific insights.
- Contribute your expert knowledge of government, administrative services, and urban/city planning to enhance data quality for AI model training.
- Evaluate compliance documentation and non-profit/government policies for accuracy, clarity, and relevance.
- Collaborate with a global, remote team to ensure best practices in information handling and project delivery.
- Communicate findings and feedback through clear, detailed written and verbal reports.
- Support the ongoing improvement of project guidelines by providing expert recommendations.
- Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions with other subject matter experts across US, Canada, UK, and other regions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 5-10+ years of experience in public administration, government, non-profit, or related human service fields.
- Proven expertise as an Administrative Services Manager, Urban/City Planner, Government Official, or Compliance Officer.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English—an absolute must for this project.
- Demonstrated proficiency in interpreting and generating public sector documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical capabilities.
- Experience managing or contributing to public agency budgets, compliance reviews, and policy implementation.
- Ability to dedicate at least 10+ hours per week, with flexibility for additional hours as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Current or recent work with government agencies in the US, Canada, or UK.
- Experience with regional zoning, emergency management, or human services policy at an expert level.
- Background working with or advising non-profit organizations serving the public sector.
