We're looking for Document Review Specialists to read, annotate, and classify documents that teach AI systems how to interpret structured and unstructured text.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone with strong reading comprehension and a systematic approach to work. No legal background, document management experience, or prior AI knowledge required — just a sharp mind and a commitment to accuracy.

What You'll Do

  • Read and annotate a diverse range of documents — including articles, reports, contracts, and forms — to help AI systems understand real-world text
  • Classify document sections, identify key information, and label important data points
  • Extract and tag critical entities, dates, relationships, and concepts from text
  • Follow structured annotation guidelines with precision and consistency
  • Maintain high quality and accuracy across large document sets
  • Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
